This is a great place for seafood, the cusine is simple but really good seasoning. I ordered empapelado and sopa de marsicos, both were delicious, full of flavor and well served, service is quick. The place is huge but also the amount of people decided to come in, so consider 20-40 min to wait outside (totally worth it). Prices are amazing considering quality of food. This is an only-cash place

Freshness is key for a great "Vuelve a la Vida cocktail". The queue to get a table is tottaly worthy. The dishes in this restaurant are delightful. One of the best seafood restaurants in the area.

La Perla de la Roma isn’t trying to impress you with chandeliers or artfully curated playlists. It doesn’t have to. Tucked into the chaotic charm of Mexico City’s Roma neighborhood, this family-run seafood joint is a shrine to everything that matters: fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and the kind of no-bullshit hospitality that makes you feel like a regular before your first michelada hits the table. The tres reyes - octopus, shrimp, and squid came piled high with flesh so tender it practically apologizes as you bite into it. This is the kind of place where the tablecloths might be plastic, but the food is dead serious. You won’t find tweezers in the kitchen or hashtags on the menu — just generations of knowledge passed through hands that know how to coax the sea’s soul into a bowl of caldo de camaron. It’s loud, it’s casual, it’s unapologetically real.

OMG THE BEST SEAFOOD EVER. I rarely say this since I grew up on the Black Sea coast and seafood is predominant food. This place is incredible. The food is so delicious. Everything we tried was amazing and I am going to be eating there every other day for our vacation.
